Terms of Service

Effective date: August 11, 2026Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MANA Labs website at manalabs.academy, our workshops, courses, cohorts, community spaces, recordings, and any related software or services (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Dylan Moore, doing business as MANA Labs (“MANA Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

MANA Labs offers expert-led, hands-on AI training — live workshops, cohort-based programs, private team engagements, recordings, and the tools and materials that go with them. Our flagship program is Foundations, a four-week live workshop. Our catalog and offerings change over time; these Terms apply to all of them unless a specific program has its own written agreement, in which case that agreement controls for that program.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or enroll in a program. By using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate. Programs sold to organizations for their teams are governed by these Terms together with any separate order form or agreement we sign with that organization.

3. Your account

Some parts of the Services require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts and program access are personal to you. Do not share your login, seat, or access with anyone else. Tell us promptly at hello@manalabs.academy if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Enrollment, pricing, and payment

Program prices are listed at the point of sale. Foundations is currently $1,250; other Workshops and team engagements are priced as listed or as quoted. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe — we do not store your full card details. By enrolling, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the amount shown, including any applicable taxes. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend your access until it is resolved.

5. Refunds

We stand behind Foundations with a show-up guarantee. Attend the first two workshops, complete the work, and if you don’t feel the Workshop is moving your work forward, let us know before the end of Week 2 and we’ll issue a full refund.

  • Before the Workshop begins — cancel before the first workshop for a full refund.
  • During the first two weeks — attend the workshops, complete the work, and if Foundations isn’t delivering value, we’ll refund your tuition in full.
  • After Week 2 — if exceptional circumstances arise, we’ll review requests individually. Life happens, and we’re always happy to have a conversation.

To request a refund, email hello@manalabs.academy with your order information. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Team and custom engagements follow the refund terms in their own agreement.

6. What you can do with our materials

When you enroll, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the program materials — including live sessions, recordings, slides, templates, prompts, and workbooks — for your own learning and your own work.

You may use what you learn, and the templates and prompts we give you, in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, publish, or publicly post our materials or recordings;
  • share your access, seat, or recordings with anyone outside your enrollment;
  • use our materials to build or run a competing course, training, or workshop; or
  • remove or obscure any credit or ownership notices.

This license ends if your access ends, except that anything you were told is yours to keep (for example, downloadable templates) remains yours to use under the terms above.

7. Content you contribute

You may share work, questions, feedback, and other content in our community spaces, live sessions, and submissions (“Your Content”). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant MANA Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt Your Content for the purpose of running and improving the Services and supporting your cohort. If we ever want to feature your work publicly — in marketing, a testimonial, or a case study — we will ask for your permission first.

You are responsible for Your Content. Do not post anything that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that shares other people’s private or confidential information.

8. Community conduct

Our programs run on trust and a shared standard. When you participate, you agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against anyone;
  • pitch, spam, or recruit our members for unrelated products or services;
  • share, sell, or leak program materials, recordings, or access;
  • misrepresent who you are or your affiliation with any person or company; or
  • use the Services for anything unlawful or to harm the Services or other members.

We may warn, suspend, or remove anyone who violates these Terms, and in serious cases we may do so without notice and without a refund.

9. AI tools and third-party services

Our training teaches you to use third-party AI tools and other software (for example, large-language-model assistants and creative tools). Those tools are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, and use of those tools, and for reviewing their terms — including any limits on how their outputs may be used. AI outputs can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on or publish.

The Services also rely on third-party providers for scheduling, email, hosting, and payments. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service, including sites we link to.

10. Our intellectual property

The Services and everything in them that we provide — the MANA Labs name and marks, the site, curriculum, recordings, written and visual materials, and software — are owned by MANA Labs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in Section 6, these Terms give you no rights in our intellectual property.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We teach skills and give guidance in good faith, but we do not guarantee any particular result — business, creative, financial, or otherwise. What you get out of a program depends on many things outside our control, including your own effort and the third-party tools you use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing we teach is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MANA Labs and its founders, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MANA Labs and its founders, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Services or other members. When your access ends, the license in Section 6 ends too, except for anything you were told you may keep. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or on the site. Changes take effect when posted unless we say otherwise. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and MANA Labs agree that any dispute relating to the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing anything, please contact us first at hello@manalabs.academy — most issues can be resolved directly.

17. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor or in connection with a sale of our business. These Terms, plus any program-specific agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MANA Labs about the Services.
