You have a vision worth building.
MANA helps you reconnect with what matters, giving you the tools and confidence to bring it to life.
Everything that shapes the world begins as something imagined.
For most of history, bringing ideas to life required funding, technical expertise, or years of specialized training. Most people never had access to those things.
We believe that’s changing.
AI has dramatically lowered the barrier between imagination and execution. For the first time, one motivated person can build what once required an entire company.
But technology alone doesn’t create meaningful work. People do.
We believe everyone carries something worth bringing into the world. The most meaningful work begins with alignment. Technology should expand human potential, not replace it. And the best things are rarely built alone.
That’s why we created MANA.

We didn’t start with AI.

MANA began in 2018 with weekly creative gatherings in Bali—and later Los Angeles—where entrepreneurs, artists, writers, and designers came together to dedicate time to the ideas they’d been putting off.
Every gathering followed the same rhythm:
We watched people launch businesses, finish creative projects, and reconnect with parts of themselves that had been buried beneath busy lives.
We learned that when people are given the space to slow down, reflect, and create with intention, remarkable things happen.

Then AI changed what was possible.
We watched one person begin to build what once required an entire team. The distance between imagination and execution was collapsing.
We realized the creative process itself had changed.
Today, MANA brings together technical expertise, creative direction, and intentionality to help more people turn meaningful ideas into something real.

Meet the founders.

Dylan Moore
Dylan Moore is an engineering leader and creative technologist with 14+ years of experience building software products, leading engineering teams, and working at the intersection of technology and creativity.
He led the building of Places from the ground up into a globally used travel platform, growing the engineering team by 10x along the way. Today, he leads AI adoption and engineering at a fast-growing technology company, where he works at the forefront of how AI is changing the way teams build.
Outside of technology, Dylan has spent years exploring creative expression through generative art, music production, interactive VJ installations, and the creative workshops he and Kelsey have hosted in Bali and Los Angeles.
Across both worlds, he’s developed a simple belief: we all carry something worth bringing into the world, and the missing piece is rarely talent. It’s empowerment.
At MANA, Dylan brings together technical expertise, systems thinking, and creative practice to help people develop the confidence and capability to build things they never thought possible.

Kelsey Moore
Kelsey Moore is an award-winning designer and creative director with more than a decade of experience building brands, businesses, and experiences across fashion, interiors, hospitality, and events.
Her career began in fashion, where she designed for GUESS Jeans and the Kendall + Kylie line at PacSun, before moving into creative direction and helping scale a sustainable, women-owned fashion brand from startup to an internationally recognized company. She later founded her own interior design studio, working across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects and developing a multidisciplinary practice spanning design, branding, creative direction, and experiential work.
Today, Kelsey brings that same breadth of experience to MANA Labs, where she leads creative, brand, and community and co-designs each Workshop with Dylan. Her approach combines creative strategy, design thinking, storytelling, and systems to help people develop ideas with intention and turn them into something real.
At the heart of her work is a belief that creativity is a powerful path to self-expression, connection, and possibility—and that everyone has something meaningful to bring into the world.
