Here's how we'll work together.
Your Build Brief
After you enroll, we'll email you a link to your Build Brief.
Share your goals, current experience, and the project or workflow you want to work on. Your answers help us prepare and agree on a focus for the sessions.
The scheduler is built into the brief, so you'll also use it to book your first session.
AI Foundations
Explore the tools and approaches that fit your work, and begin putting them into practice.
Depending on your starting point, we might explore how to:
- •Give the tools context about your goals, voice, and standards.
- •Organize useful instructions and reference materials.
- •Break a task into steps you can work through with AI.
- •Review outputs and communicate what needs to change.
If you already use AI regularly, we'll build on what you know and focus on where you want more guidance.
Between sessions, make time to try what you've learned and note the questions you'd like to work through together.
Build, Together
Bring what you've tried, the questions that have come up, and the work you want to develop.
We'll work through challenges, develop your approach, and refine the work together. That might mean improving a recurring process, developing a creative asset, or exploring a website or app prototype.
We'll also identify next steps so you have a direction for continuing beyond the session.

Dylan Moore is an engineer, AI strategist, and co-founder of MANA. He brings more than 14 years of experience building consumer apps and leading teams through changes in technology.
In your sessions, Dylan helps you connect the possibilities of AI to your own work, explaining unfamiliar concepts, working through challenges alongside you, and helping you understand the choices you're making.
Bring your questions, your experience, and your ideas. You'll have someone to think and build with.

Before you begin.
Read the full FAQ →You don't need a fully formed project plan. Your Build Brief helps us understand your goals and agree on a useful focus. If you're unsure whether what you have in mind fits, start with a Discovery Call.
You'll need your own paid Claude Pro or Max plan, or ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan. Choose the tool you already use or want to learn. The provider bills you separately. Your software subscription is not included in the Foundation Series price.
Sessions are scheduled around your availability, at MANA Labs in Venice, California, or by video call. Both sessions can take place online. We recommend completing both within 90 days of purchase, but paid sessions don't expire.
With at least 48 hours' notice, you can reschedule at no cost. With less notice, or if you miss a session, it counts as used. If an emergency or something serious gets in the way, tell us. We'll consider the circumstances and work with you where we can.
The goal is to help you understand the tools, apply them to your work, and develop a direction for what to build next. Progress depends on your starting point, project, participation, and the tools you use. We don't guarantee a finished product, specific time savings, revenue, or other business results.

If we fall short, tell us. We'll work to put it right with additional time or a reworked session at no cost. If we can't resolve it, we'll refund the amount paid for the affected session—even after the cancellation window closes.
