The Foundation Series is personalized, one-on-one AI training and implementation built around your goals. Across two private three-hour sessions, you’ll explore tools and systems that support your work, then apply them to a project you want to move forward.

These are the current Foundation Series inclusions. Other services may have different formats, resources, and support; check the details for the service you’re purchasing.
The Foundation Series is designed for entrepreneurs, founders, and creators who want to apply AI to their work. You might be developing a business, building a website or app, or looking for more useful ways to work with tools you already use.
You must be at least 18 to participate. If you’re unsure whether the sessions fit your goals or experience, book a discovery call.
We’ll build on what you already know. You might work on a more involved project, improve an existing workflow, or learn how to give the tools clearer context and direction.
No coding background is required for the Foundation Series. You should be comfortable using a computer and willing to try new tools. For team engagements, we’ll discuss the experience of the people taking part.
The goal is to help you understand the tools, apply them to your work, and develop a clear direction for what to build next. Your progress depends on your starting point, project, practice, and the tools you use. We don’t guarantee a finished product, specific time savings, revenue, or other business results.

Yes. Both Foundation Series sessions can take place by video call. In-person sessions are also available at MANA Labs in Venice, California. Team formats are agreed separately.
Plan for two three-hour private sessions, plus time to prepare and put what you learn into practice. The time you spend between sessions depends on your project. Monthly community office hours provide another opportunity to bring questions.
We’ll email you a link to your Build Brief after you enroll. It tells us your goals, experience, and project so we can prepare and agree on the scope of your sessions.
It’s also where you book your first session — the scheduler is built into the brief — so completing it is what gets session one on the calendar. The sooner you fill it in, the sooner we can meet.
Come ready to participate, with the information and access we’ve discussed. If something is missing, we’ll contact you about how to proceed.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule at no cost, as often as you need. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you don’t attend, the session counts as used because we’ve prepared and reserved that time for you.
If an emergency or something serious gets in the way, tell us. We’ll consider the circumstances and work with you where we can.
No. Paid sessions don’t expire. We recommend completing both within 90 days of purchase so the second can build on the first. If you need longer, we’ll work with you. You can pause until the timing is better; changes to booked sessions still follow the 48-hour rescheduling policy.
We use automatic note-taking to create session notes, which we make available in your MANA Library. We may also record sessions so you can revisit them. Recordings may include your voice, image, shared screen, and what you discuss.
The call will indicate when recording or automatic note-taking is active. You can ask us to turn either off and still participate. We don’t publish your sessions or share them outside our team without your permission, except with the service providers needed to operate our video, recording, note-taking, and storage tools.
Yes. The Foundation Series requires your own paid plan with one of the AI tools we teach — Claude Pro or Max from Anthropic, or ChatGPT Plus or Pro from OpenAI. You choose which, based on the tool you already use or the one you want to learn.
That provider bills you separately; the subscription is not included in our price, and MANA Labs cannot refund it. You’re responsible for your third-party accounts and subscriptions.
Each provider has its own terms, privacy policy, and rules for using AI outputs. Review those terms and check AI-generated work before relying on it or publishing it.
Check your employer’s rules for installing software, using AI tools, and sharing work information before your session. Only bring files and information you have permission to use. If your company restricts a tool, talk with us about a suitable setup before we begin.
The current price is shown at the point of purchase. You’ll see the amount, including any applicable taxes, before completing payment. Future services and custom engagements are priced separately, as listed or quoted.
Payments are processed through Stripe. MANA Labs does not store your full card number.
You can also choose to pay over time through Klarna, Afterpay, or other buy-now-pay-later options at checkout. You’ll see the payment options, terms, and any applicable interest or fees before you complete your purchase. Available plans vary by provider, purchase amount, and individual eligibility.
Payment plans are currently available to participants paying from the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like to split your payment, email us at hello@manalabs.academy and we’ll do our best to help.
Check your employer’s professional development or purchasing policy before enrolling. Contact us if you need information to support an approval or reimbursement request, and we’ll confirm what we can provide.
Yes. You can cancel for a full refund at any time up to seven days before your first session, or before you’ve scheduled it. No reason needed.
Just email hello@manalabs.academy with your order information, and your cancellation takes effect when you send it. We issue refunds to your original payment method within 10 calendar days, and your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Once your first session is less than a week away, or has happened, we don’t refund for a change of plans. Your sessions stay yours, though: you can reschedule or pause until the timing is better, and paid sessions don’t expire. If something serious comes up, tell us and we’ll work with you. Our commitment to make right a session that falls short still applies.
Team and custom engagements follow the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms in their own agreement. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
We stand behind thoughtful preparation, focused time, and work guided by your Build Brief and the scope we agree with you. We can’t promise a particular finished product, business result, or financial outcome.
If we haven’t delivered the preparation, time, or agreed scope we promised, tell us what was missing. We’ll work with you to make it right, which may mean additional time or a reworked session at no extra cost. If we can’t resolve the shortfall, we’ll refund the amount paid for the affected session. This commitment applies even after the cancellation window closes.
We ask that you submit your Build Brief on time, attend, and come ready to work. We can’t guarantee progress that depends on information, access, or participation you haven’t provided.
The Foundation Series includes lifetime access to the growing MANA Library. Your access is personal and subject to our Terms of Service. It does not give you ownership of the materials or permission to share your login, distribute recordings, or resell resources.
Library access does not automatically include every future service, private session, or paid offering. Each offering has its own listed inclusions.
Yes. You may use what you learn, along with the templates and prompts we provide, in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly post our materials, share your access, or use the materials to run a competing course or training.
If your access ends, the license to use program materials ends too, except for items we explicitly told you that you may keep. Those items remain subject to the same use restrictions. See our Terms of Service for the full details.
Yes. We send your Build Brief answers to Anthropic to draft summaries for our internal member records in Notion. Those answers may include your goals, project details, and business context. We also use Google Meet’s Gemini feature for automatic session notes.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential information you don’t have permission to share in your Build Brief or sessions. Our Privacy Policy explains how these providers help us deliver the Services.
Joining is optional. We’ll ask during onboarding, and you can decline or leave later without losing access to your sessions or Library. A phone number is required to enroll in the Foundation Series, but giving us one doesn’t add you to the community — that only happens if you choose to join.
The community runs on WhatsApp, operated by Meta, under its own privacy policy. Depending on the group and your settings, your phone number and profile information may be visible to other participants, as may what you post or share. Consider what you want others to see before joining.
We take photos and videos at in-person sessions and events for our website, community spaces, and social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell us when you arrive and we’ll keep you out of anything we publish.
If we’ve already published something you appear in and you want it removed, email hello@manalabs.academy and we’ll take it down. We’ll ask separately before publicly featuring your work in marketing, a testimonial, or a case study.
Yes. Book a discovery call to discuss your team’s goals. The scope, format, price, and deliverables will be set out in your proposal or agreement. Team engagements are governed by our Terms together with any separate agreement we sign with your organization.
